Roadside Stall, a fiercely patriotic Singaporean T-shirt brand that celebrates the quirks of the many subcultures in multicultural Singapore. The design concepts are created with a local slant and reflect the true identity of Singapore, unlike the usual tourist t-shirts one can find at Chinatown.
The T-shirts have gained popularity and have appeared in Timeout Singapore and I-S Magazine plus one of the designs “The Hopeful” was even featured on Lush 99.5fm DJ Rosalyn Lee’s Facebook page. Coincidentally, “The Hopeful” is also the bestselling T-shirt.
Playing on a quip (which literally means buying hope) many punters say when they explain why they gamble, the three Chinese characters form part of the lottery slip commonly found in legalized betting outlets in Singapore.
Designs are available in Couples, Men & Women (Unisex) and more collections are available @ TheRoadSideStall
